Ron Shelton is the chief financial officer of Syntiant. With more than 25 years of CFO experience, he has led financial operations at organizations ranging from privately held startups to publicly traded companies with billion-dollar revenues. Prior to joining Syntiant, he served as CFO of Navitas Semiconductor (Nasdaq: NVTS) and Adesto Technologies (Nasdaq: IOTS), which was acquired by Dialog Semiconductor in 2020. Earlier in his career, he held the CFO role at Cirrus Logic (Nasdaq: CRUS), a recognized name in the semiconductor industry.

Throughout his career, Ron has managed transactions worth billions of dollars, encompassing multiple IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, licensing deals and divestitures. In addition to his financial expertise, he has provided leadership across HR, legal, IT and operations, offering a well-rounded approach to driving corporate growth and executing strategic initiatives.
